The third act isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finally becoming who you already are.
I spent a long time doing what was expected, popular, safe. Then I did something for myself, at the expense of all three, and found out the version of me on the other side was more herself than I'd ever been.
This is the pillar about that shift: career pivots, burnout, starting over, empty nests, the confidence that shows up uninvited around menopause, and the courage to say yes to something you'd have talked yourself out of a decade ago.
You don't need a five-year plan. You just need to choose yourself again.
